Today is a very big day for folks who have old Alabama arrests or charges that were ultimately resolved favorably!  The Alabama House passed the expungement bill that was sent to the House by the Senate back in January.  However, the House made changes to the bill before passing it.  This means the bill will be sent to a conference committee to see if the differences between the House and Senate versions can be resolved.
